This session is for anyone interested in the practice of Mindfulness. Over the last decade there has been an incredible amount of research into the effectiveness of mindfulness-based approaches in improving physical and mental health. During the session you will have the opportunity to experience mindfulness meditation practices, learn how mindfulness can help those coping with stress, pain or illness and explore how mindfulness practice can support the therapeutic process.
